Set-up for studies in the near-IR range
The complex for studies in the near-IR range is intended for obtaining spectra and attenuation curves of photoluminescence in the spectral range of 0.8-2.1 μm with a time resolution of up to 10 ns. The complex includes a set of pulsed and continuous lasers, infrared and visible radiation detectors (CCD-line, InGaAs-photodiodes), a synchronous detection unit and digital oscilloscopes. It is possible to accumulate a signal by automatically performing multiple measurements.
